2011-2012 MISSION STATEMENT OF THE LINDBERGH CHAPTER
To be the recognized leader of the administrative professionals in the St. Louis area; encouraging and inspiring our members to achieve their personal best as they pursue professional development by providing resources to develop leadership skills, enhance technical expertise and promote a networking venue.
OBJECTIVES OF THE LINDBERGH CHAPTER ST. LOUIS
Achieve ongoing growth and retention
Enhance personal and professional development of all members
Provide connectivity and networking for all of our members
Be recognized as a viable resource to the industry, educational institutions and the St. Louis Community through:
Maintaining a job bank for members
Mentoring new and / prospective Administrative Professionals
Functioning as a liaison for employers
Serving our community through outreach programs
Remaining forward looking and on the cutting edge of research, trends and growth of the profession.
Marketing Plan
Marketing plan to encourage members to attend monthly meetings and other IAAP events.
1. Send monthly meeting reservation form 3 weeks before and reminder 1 week before each meeting.
2. Publish monthly meeting and program information on the website
3. Publish monthly meeting and program information in the Communiqué
4. Publish IAAP events in Communiqué and website
5. Mention upcoming IAAP events at all meetings
6. Forward by email to all members Missouri Division and International communications including newsletters from Missouri Division chapters
